Rounding
This program gives practice in rounding numbers and allows users to select the rounding precision they wish to practise.
A random number is displayed, which must be rounded to the specified precision by typing in the answer. The user may indicate that the answer is complete by pressing the enter or return key or by clicking on the OK button. If the wrong answer is typed, a red cross is briefly displayed, the answer is cleared and the user must re-enter the answer. If the answer is correct, a green tick is briefly displayed before another question is posed. Different sound effects accompany right and wrong answers. The sound effects can be turned off using the options in the Sound menu.
A cumulative success rating of up to five stars is displayed. This is based on 5 points awarded for a correct answer. One point is deducted for each wrong answer.
