Tables Practice
This program gives practice in getting up to speed with multiplication tables and allows users to select the tables they wish to practise.
Products from the selected tables are displayed in random order and the user must click on the button displaying the answer. If the wrong button is selected, the button will briefly turn red and the user must re-consider the answer. If the answer is correct, the button will briefly turn green and return to yellow before another question is posed. A dark blue progress bar displays the elapsed time before the correct answer is given. The aim is do this in the 5 seconds that it takes the progess bar to fill. Different sound effects accompany right and wrong answers. The sound effects can be turned off using the options in the Sound menu.
A cumulative success rating of up to five stars is displayed. This is based on 4 points awarded for a correct answer. A bonus point is awarded if the user gets the correct answer before the progress bar is complete. One point is deducted for each wrong answer.
